We are pleased to share that some charitable funding is available to contribute towards helping staff celebrate the season again this year.

Please all the information below carefully:

If there isn't a specific charitable fund for your area, or the remit of your fund doesn't cover staff support, you can apply, using the button below and we may still be able to provide some support to contribute towards a Christmas party or staff celebration.

• We ask that you make sure your senior managers are aware in advance of any social events planned. 
  
  

The following Charity rules also apply:

• The maximum contribution available towards Christmas parties is £10 per OUH staff member
   
• This offer must be open to all staff in your area - including admin staff
  
  
• No contribution can be made towards the purchase of alcohol
  
  
• Staff must be made aware that the support is coming from Oxford Hospitals Charity
  
  
• Applications for support will be considered at the charity's weekly funding meeting, once you have applied.

How to apply

Once you have downloaded the form below, please email [email protected] with the completed form.

Please note the following information:

• Applications will be reviewed at the charity's weekly funding meeting.

• You will need to get an invoice from the company or if you are paying yourself you will need to keep the receipt(s).
  
  
• Send them, with the payment request form, to the [email protected]
   
  
• Include a list of staff names and the confirmation email approving your funding from the charity.
   
• Please send in claims for the team asap - but all claims MUST be received by the charity by 31st March 2026 latest.
  
  
• All of our payments are done by BACS and we aim to reimburse you within 10 days. 
  
  
• Please do not purchase any alcohol or gift vouchers as we are unable to reimburse these items through the charity.
